Sales & Estimation Engineer

3 - 5 years Delhi / NCR

Incumbent will be responsible for tendering and cost estimation activities for HVAC / Central Airconditioning/ MEP projects.

Enquiry generation, follow up and interaction with customers & suppliers.
Maintaining active business relationships with customers, consultants, architects, etc.
Tender preparation, cost estimation, bidding, etc.
Analyzing the customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions and sending out the proposals.
Techno-commercial negotiations with prospective customers, Follow ups and finalization of orders.
Co-ordination with the Planning team post award of work.
Preparing weekly update on Market information.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Reasonable amount of knowledge on HVAC
Good oral & written communication skills
Decent knowledge of MS word, Excel & Power point
Analytical skills
Hands on experience of handling MEP projects in coordination with the design consultants, PMCs.

Education: Diploma Engineering / B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA (optional)
